Metro 404 (full-cycle)

We invested in Cedar Square Apartments in 2020, a 116 unit property in Irving (Dallas, TX) and sold after executing our business plan in 2023 after rebranding as Metro 404. In our two and a half year hold, we increased property value by 34% and earned a 30% return on the investment.
